Listen and Learn contains pure tinctures of Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Bacopa (Bacopa monniera), Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), Nettle (Urtica dioica) and Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
